Round 2 of the Winter Beach Series Heats Up Glenwood
Round 2 of the Volleyball NSW Winter Beach Series brought excitement and energy to Blacktown City Beach over two action-packed weekends. Athletes from across New South Wales and interstate converged for a thrilling display of beach volleyball talent. Despite the crisp winter conditions, the competition was intense, with players delivering high-energy performances and crowd-pleasing rallies on the sand.
The event featured two divisions per gender, with standout matches across both the men’s and women’s brackets. Spectators were treated to a showcase of skill, strategy, and sportsmanship, highlighting the depth of talent in the beach volleyball community. Big shoutout to Mirelle Smith and Matisse Conlon for winning back-to-back division one gold medals!
