Volleyball NSW is dedicated to providing volleyball opportunities that promote participation, learning the rules of the game, and developing volleyball skills through fun, team-based competition opportunities for high schools across NSW.
The 2027 North Coast Schools Cup will be held on Monday, 8 February 2027 at the Port Macquarie Indoor Sports Stadium. The event is open to all schools and ability levels and forms part of the Volleyball in Port Macquarie: Play, Learn, Compete initiative, which aims to grow participation and strengthen volleyball pathways across the North Coast region.
DIVISIONS:
This event will comprise the following year groups, limited to 6 teams (unless otherwise stated) per division:
- YEAR 7 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 7 GIRLS DIVISION
- YEAR 8 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 8 GIRLS DIVISION
- YEAR 9 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 9 GIRLS DIVISION
- YEAR 10 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 10 GIRLS DIVISION
- YEAR 11 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 11 GIRLS DIVISION
- YEAR 12 BOYS DIVISION
- YEAR 12 GIRLS DIVISION
Volleyball NSW reserves the right to cap, merge, or cancel divisions as required and may close registrations prior to the advertised closing date if event capacity is reached.
MATCHES:
Minimum three (3) games per team.
Format: TBA
REGISTRATION:
Teams do not need to be affiliated with Volleyball NSW. Team entry is limited to one (1) team per division per school.

Public Registration (using the button above) - OPEN 5:15PM Monday 23rd October - CLOSE 11:59PM Thursday 31st December.
PARTICIPANTS:
Participants must be enrolled students at the school they represent.
Players may only compete for one (1) team during the event and must compete in their respective year group unless otherwise approved by Volleyball NSW.
All teams may be required to undertake duty responsibilities during the event. Further information on duty requirements can be found in the event info guide and regulations.
COST:
$385 gst incl. per team
FINAL PAYMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO COMPETITION DATE.
All Schools Cup Competitions are organised and run using the Schools Cup Indoor Rules & Regulations and the FIVB Volleyball Rules which can be found on the Volleyball NSW website. Furthermore, all indoor volleyball events offered by VNSW are done so under the overarching policies and procedures of Volleyball Australia.
