How to use the VA ID Finder
The primary purpose of this tool is to verify membership — for clubs and state bodies to confirm whether a person is registered in the Volleyball NSW system.
What the results mean:
- Next to Volleyball NSW, the membership class shown is the relevant paid membership
- If you are a club administrator, this should match the minimum Volleyball NSW membership requirement
- For example, the minimum for a club competition should be "Volleyball NSW Recreational U/18 Membership 26/27"
- Active = the person is in the system, but not paid (and is subsequently not covered by insurance
- If you are a club administrator, this should match the minimum Volleyball NSW membership requirement
- If the searched member does not appear, then the information you have input is either incorrect or the individual is not registered
- Disregard other membership lines, as these are not Volleyball NSW-specific membership checks.
