Want the sand to yourselves? Three steps and you're on:
- Pick a time and pay: at least 2 business days before you want to play.
- Wait for our APPROVED email: we line up staff for your session, then confirm. If we can't make it work, we reschedule or refund.
- Turn up and play: we'll be there to open up and get you started.
No APPROVED email, no entry
The courts are only staffed for confirmed bookings. Until you hear from us, assume your booking isn't going ahead.

- Do I need to be a member? No, but we recommend it. Without a membership you're not covered by our insurance, and you can't enter events and tournaments. Get your membership
- What happens if it rains? We make a weather call for heavy rain or lightning. If a session is off, we email everyone at least 2 hours before and offer a replacement session.
- Can I use an Active or Creative Kids voucher? Yes, for Spikeroos holiday camps. Fill in our voucher form instead of registering online. We'll register your child, claim the voucher and email you an invoice for any balance. Holiday camps
