Membership Rollover 2026

Volleyball NSW individual memberships begin on April 1 each year and expire on March 31 of the following year.

To make the process as seamless as possible, we conduct the membership rollover just before the new season begins. This ensures registrations are completed and verified in time, allowing existing members to renew smoothly for the upcoming season.

Renewing into your club:

  • Coaches & Referees not affiliated with a club can register or renew their membership by clicking here

Membership Registration Steps

Rollover is the process of transitioning the membership database from one season to the next. This ensures existing members can renew their membership for the new season without needing to register again from the beginning.

Volleyball NSW memberships operate on an annual season cycle. At the end of each season, all memberships are rolled over and automatically expire, prompting members to renew into the upcoming season.

At the end of each season, memberships linked to that season are archived and become inactive as part of the rollover process. This allows members to renew their membership for the upcoming season.

 
Current Members

All memberships associated with the concluding season will automatically expire during rollover. Members will be prompted to renew their membership to remain active for the new season.

Note: Membership conditions require all participants engaging in volleyball through affiliated clubs or Volleyball NSW‑sanctioned events to hold an active Volleyball NSW membership.
