Membership Rollover 2023

Each year, Volleyball NSW individual memberships begin on April 1 and expire on March 31 of the following year.

We seek to make the transition as seamless as possible to allow for registrations to be completed and checked before renewing into the new season. This will allow existing members to renew into the 2023 - 2024 membership season.

Membership Registration Steps

The following information provides a detailed breakdown of the steps required to Renew or Register for VNSW members. To register for a VNSW membership for the 2023 - 2024 season, please follow the link that best applies to you.

Rollover is the process of transferring a membership database from the previous membership season to an upcoming membership season. When a membership rollover occurs at the conclusion of the current season, it makes way to apply for the next season's membership.

As of March 31, 2023, your VNSW membership will expire. The 2023 -2024 season memberships will open on March 24, 2023, to facilitate a smooth transition into the new membership season.

VNSW and Revsport commit to rolling over all members at the end of March each year. Therefore, your membership will automatically expire to allow you to renew into the new membership season.

All current 2022 - 2023 memberships, including insurance, will be valid until March 31, 2023.

The 2023 - 2024 membership period will open for all members to renew on March 24, 2023.

  • 2022 - 2023 Current Members
All memberships linked to the existing membership structure for the 2022 - 2023 season will be archived/become inactive. The memberships will then expire automatically.

Members can renew for the 2023 - 2024 season from March 24, 2023.

*
The conditions of Membership require that ALL members who consume volleyball in conjunction with affiliated clubs and VNSW sanctioned events have an active VNSW membership.

  • NEW - Memberships between January – March 2023
The 3-month Membership option is available to new members who join between January 1 and March 23, 2023. As a result, this membership option will be active only until March 23, when rollover will be completed, however, you will be covered until March 31. It will be necessary for you to renew your membership for the 2023 -2024 season.

A member can upgrade to a higher membership category at any time (fees apply) to access additional services and benefits.

The five categories of the 2023 - 2024 Season for Individual Memberships are:

  • Full Membership – Adult & U18
  • Recreational Membership – Adult & U18
  • Technical
  • Single Event
  • Non-Playing
