2024 SVL & YSVL EXEMPTION REQUEST FORM

This form is available for those who wish to request an exemption from any rules within the 2024 SVL Rules & Regulations.

This request will be forwarded to the relevant bodies within Volleyball NSW, including but not limited to General Managers, League and Competitions Managers, the SVL Technical Committee, the Volleyball NSW Referee Association and others.

NOTE: requests must be submitted a minimum of 14 days before the proposed exemption is to take place.
