Booking rules

• Only Volleyball NSW members can book our courts, please login to view bookings.

Facility rules

1. Membership & Access
• All participants must have a Volleyball NSW (VNSW) membership to use the courts.
• Guests must register before using the facility.
2. Safety & Cleanliness
• No climbing or hanging on the nets, poles, or fences.
• No glass allowed in the venue.
• No dogs inside the venue.
• Courts must be raked after use to maintain playing conditions.
• Net height changes will be done by staff members only.
• No skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades inside the venue.
3. Respect & Conduct
• Be respectful to staff members and other hirers at all times.
• Loud or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• No abusive language, fighting, or harassment—this is a community space.
4. Facility Use & Equipment
• Do not remove, move, or tamper with facility equipment (nets, poles, lines, signage).
• Return all borrowed balls and equipment after use.
• No unauthorized coaching or training without prior approval.
5. Appropriate Attire & Showers
• When using the outdoor showers, wear appropriate swimwear—underwear is not allowed.
• Shoes/sandals are recommended when moving around non-sand areas.
6. Food, Drinks & Waste Management
• No food or drinks on the courts (water bottles are allowed).
• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided. Use recycling, compost and landfill bins where possible.
• Help keep the space clean for everyone!
7. Weather & Court Closures
• The facility may close during severe weather—follow staff instructions.
• Courts may be temporarily closed for maintenance or special events.
8. Other Guidelines
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
• Unauthorized events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed without approval.

By placing this booking, you and all participants involved in your booking agree to abide by the conditions of entry set forth by Blacktown City Beach.
Please note that if any individuals in your booking do not hold a Volleyball NSW membership, they will not be covered by Volleyball NSW insurance. Volleyball NSW is void of any liability and responsibility for any poor behaviour that does not comply with the conditions of entry and Volleyball NSW policies.
