Booking Requirements
1. Book & Pay Early
- All bookings must be made and paid at least 2 business days in advance.
2. Booking Approval
- After you submit a booking, VNSW will organise staff for your session.
- If the session cannot proceed, VNSW will reschedule or refund it.
- Until you receive an APPROVED confirmation, the booking is not confirmed.
3. Important
Not following this process may result in arriving at a locked venue.

By placing this booking, you and all participants involved in your booking agree to abide by the conditions of entry set forth by Blacktown City Beach.
Please note that if any individuals in your booking do not hold a Volleyball NSW membership, they will not be covered by Volleyball NSW insurance. Volleyball NSW is void of any liability and responsibility for any poor behaviour that does not comply with the conditions of entry and Volleyball NSW policies. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms on behalf of all participants engaged in your booking.
