Affiliation Information

Volleyball NSW is pleased to welcome affiliates to the 2026 Affiliation Application Process.

Before you begin, please ensure you have all the required documentation and information ready. Once the application process starts, you will need to complete it in one session, as progress cannot be saved.

As part of our commitment to integrity and safe sport, affiliation requires agreement to policies under the National Integrity Framework (NIF), including child safeguarding and member protection standards.

What You’ll Need

• Completed affiliation application form for your club type (see templates below)
• Current constitution or governing document
• Signed agreements (where applicable)
• Organisation logo
