Youth Beach Phoenix Program
Event Overview: The Youth Beach Phoenix program prepares NSW representative teams for the Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (AYBVC) in Coolangatta, Queensland, from 9th to 12th March 2026.
Age Groups:
- U15: Born 2012
Program Goals: To develop volleyball at the grassroots level and increase the talent pool for NSW representative teams. At the end of the trials, squads will be selected for further squad sessions during December 2025.
- The final team selections will be completed after the final squad training sessions on 20-21 December.
Program Schedule
Trial cost:
We encourage athletes to attend all 3 trial dates, however, if you are unable to you can register for each day individually.
- All trial dates: $100 + Transaction Fee (Note: This fee does not contribute to the program cost if you are selected).
- Individual trial day: $50 + Transaction Fee (Note: This fee does not contribute to the program cost if you are selected).
Trial location:

8-9 November - Brighton Le Sands Beach
- 29-30 November - Blacktown City Beach Volleyball Courts
What's included in the trials:
- 5 on court sessions of 1.5 - 2 hours
- Fundamental volleyball skill training
- Movement and agility training
- Technical and tactical direction from NSW Phoenix Coaching Staff

- Athletes must be members of Volleyball NSW.
