Volleyball NSW is excited to announce Level 2 Coaching course for 2026. This will be a great opportunity for any current Level 1 coaches to upskill towards a higher level accreditation and will enable attendees to engage with further coaching opportunities in the wider volleyball community. 

Course info:

The day is divided into theoretical and practical components to help you plan, prepare, deliver & review your coaching sessions. Successful applicants will be sent pre-reading material to best prepare for this course.

WHEN: Sunday, 1st November 2026

TIME: 9.30am - 5:00pm (arrive 9.15am to check-in)

WHERE: Netball Central, 2 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 - Waratah Room B

COST: $230

To attend the Volleyball Australia Level 2  Face to Face Associate Coaching Course, you must complete the following prior to registering.

Please note, your registration will be rejected if the following is not completed and you will not be able to attend the course.

1. Be a current member of your State or Territory Volleyball Association.

2. Be an accredited Volleyball Australia Level 1 Coach. (Note this needs to be completed by 14 November 2026).

3. You must complete the Australian Sports Commission Community Coaching Essential Skills Course and attain the Certificate of Completion. You can access this course by logging into your RevSport Account, select "Account" and log into the "Volleyball Learning Centre".

4. Completed the following "Play By The Rules" and "Sport Integrity Australia" modules and attain the course's Certificates of Completion:       

•        PBTR - Harassment and Discrimination
•        SIA- Child Safeguarding in Sport Induction  (For 18 year-olds and over only)

At the completion of this course, you will gain your Volleyball Australia Level 2 "Associate" Coach Accreditation. To upgrade to a Level 2 "State" Coach, you must complete the following steps after the course.

• Undertake a Training Session and Match Day assessment by a Level 3 National coach. 

or 

• Obtain an endorsement letter from a Level 3 National Coach and your State Volleyball Association.
