The 2026 NSW Youth Indoor Championships is a fantastic opportunity for youth volleyballers from all corners of the state to compete against one another and show off their skills.
One of the primary objectives of this tournament is to serve as athlete talent ID opportunity for future Phoenix teams and programs.
DAY 3 CLUBS & RASi
Day 3 of the NSW Youth Indoor Championships is a one day tournament that involves both Clubs and Regional Academies of Sport (RASi). Clubs are only permitted to compete at Day 3.
Divisions & Age Requirements
The event will include the following Divisions:
- U19 Boys (max 10 teams)
- U19 Girls (max 10 teams)
- U17 Boys (max 10 teams)
- U17 Girls (max 5 teams)
Please note that players must be younger than the age limit for their division for the entire calendar year.
For example, to play in the Under 17 division, a player must not turn 17 before or on December 31, 2026.
Exemption requests related to this rule may be allowed in some circumstances and should be requested to competitions@volleyballnsw.com.au
Other Tournament Information
Maximum 14 players per team. Only 12 medals awarded.
Each team will receive a minimum 4 games.
Timed Best of 5 matches, 15 minute warm up, 45 minute playing time.
Volleyball NSW reserves the right to change any tournament formats and procedures as needed.
Registration
Team entry is open to Regional Academy of Sport Institutes and Volleyball NSW affiliates with a priority being given to RASi and Regional (outside of Greater Sydney) teams.
Affiliated Clubs may only enter one (1) team per Division. RASi teams and regional clubs are not limited and can have multiple teams in a division.
RASi TEAMS MUST REGISTER ABOVE SEPERATELY FOR DAY 3. RASi TEAMS REGISTER HERE FOR DAY 1 AND DAY 2.
AFFILATE CLUBS AND RASI MUST REGISTER ABOVE FOR DAY 3 ONLY.

TEAM ENTRY FEES & PAYMENT
- DAY 2 - RASi Challenge - RASi Teams Only - $150 incl. GST per team
- DAY 3 - NSW YOUTH CHAMPS - All Teams - $499 incl. GST per team
- Deposit Required when registering - $74 incl. GST per team
Teams will be invoiced for the remaining team fees Monday 8th June. Payment must be received no later than Wednesday 10th June.
